Welcome to our spacious and stylish 3-bedroom apartment called "Casa Calanova." Situated in the beautiful area of the Costa del Sol in the charming town of "La Cala de Mijas."

With pride, we present our lovely apartment. The spacious apartment, approximately 75 m2 excluding a large terrace of about 15 m2, is located in a complex called "Calanova Grand Golf." The apartment is on the first floor and is adjacent to a very popular golf course named Calanova Golf.

🌅 Layout:

Upon entering, you'll find a piece of furniture and a mirror in the hall. We would love it if you could leave a personal message in the guestbook. On your left is the kitchen, fully equipped and ready for use. Various built-in appliances are part of the standard equipment, but you can also make a delightful cup of coffee, toast a sandwich, or brew a cup of tea.

Once you've prepared your delicious breakfast or dinner, you can sit at the dining table in the living room. If you have more people, no problem at all. You can easily expand the table to accommodate everyone for a pleasant dining experience.

The living room features a luxurious sofa bed with an ergonomic mattress of 18 cm thickness. We've spared no expense on the beds and interior, as we consider a good night's sleep crucial for ourselves and our guests. The sofa bed is as comfortable as a regular bed, if not more so.

From the living room, you can access the delightful sunny terrace facing south. Enjoy the sun all day long. You practically don't need to go anywhere else. You have everything in the apartment: a cold drink in the fridge, a lounge sofa on the terrace, and the kids playing in the pool. The best part? From the terrace, you have a direct view of the pool, a reassuring thought!

After a wonderful day of sunbathing, enjoying drinks, and playing games (which are also available in the apartment), it's time to go to sleep. There are two spacious bedrooms at your disposal, one equipped with a 160m bed and the other with two separate beds. A tip, if you prefer to sleep close together, just slide the beds together – problem solved! The apartment has shutters on both the front and back for those who appreciate a bit of a sleep-in during the holidays. It's pitch dark when the shutters are closed.

Speaking of the sun, it can get quite warm on the Costa del Sol, but the apartment is equipped with air conditioning that can be adjusted as needed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and the second bathroom is accessible separately from the hall. Free WIFI and a Playstation 4 with various games are available. We have IPTV, so no matter where you're from, we have your favorite TV channel available.

🌟 Surroundings:

Our apartment is located in the Calanova Grand Golf complex, about 3 km inland from the village of La Cala de Mijas. When we bought the apartment, we were impressed by the beautiful tropical gardens. Palm trees, cacti, tropical birds, two communal pools, a playground, and two paddle tennis courts. The park had everything we had in mind on a weekly basis. The complex also has an internal parking garage, allowing you to park two cars when renting the apartment – a comforting feeling when your (rented) car doesn't have to be on the street. Within 15 minutes by car, you are in the popular Marbella, perfect for visiting a beach club or shopping.

🏖️ Beach:

By car, you can reach the beach of La Cala de Mijas within 8 minutes. It has a beautiful beach with various dining options. The beach is well-maintained, and the municipality does everything to make tourists feel at home. Ideal for families. Several beach clubs and restaurants are within walking distance, some even open in winter. If desired, you can rent a sunbed and/or umbrella at the beach.

🛍️ La Cala de Mijas:

La Cala de Mijas is part of the municipality of Mijas in the province of Malaga, Andalusia, Southern Spain. Located in the middle of the Costa del Sol, La Cala is in the coastal zone of the municipality and is almost completely urbanized within a radius of 12 kilometers, except for a few rocks. It is situated between the borders of Fuengirola to the east and Marbella to the west.

⛳ Golf:

An 18-hole (par 72 / 5,866 meters) golf course is located in the beautiful golf valley behind La Cala de Mijas on the Costa del Sol. Only 5 minutes from the sea, the course is easily accessible from the N-340, and a golf buggy is always included. Play a round of golf with your friends on the challenging and well-maintained course.

🚗 Airport:

Easily and affordably reserve a car online from one of the many car rental companies. This way, you can guarantee a hassle-free drive from the airport directly to Casa Calanova. Within 30 minutes, your car will be in the covered garage, and within 35 minutes, you can be in the pool.
